Development policies and strategies against the background of the system of development management of Poland

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present mutual dependence among being just amended system of development management of the country that is strategic documents; programs and plans created at the level of the cabinet of ministers versus strategies and policies of development run at the level of local governments of voivodeships, and particularly the influence of these strategic documents, plans and programs on real possibilities of regions development.
