Summary/Abstract: The cinematography of the Dardenne brothers is a mixture between concrete socio-political issues and a film structure that breaches the dominance of the everyday life in the main character’s development. The reason behind this apparent contradiction is the relationship of the movie makers with the concepts of fiction and fictional character.
