Summary/Abstract: The author addresses herself to a number of texts recorded by her from market-gardeners living in the Czech Republic – the most compact group of immigrants from the Bulgarian village of Draganovo, Gorna Oryahovitsa region. She points out at the process of dying out of the Bulgarian tradition and the adoption in it of typically Czech rituals.
