Summary/Abstract: Article is focused on the moment of the split of Milan Šimečka with the Communist regime, on his motivation to follow the dissident movement in Czechoslovakia. Milan Šimečka refused to accept the rules of the political behavior introduced by the regime of so called "normalization" after the Soviet invasion to Czechoslovakia in 1968 based on the corruption or "official lie".
