Peculiarities of Attitudes of Artists towards Intellectual Property Protection

Summary/Abstract: The present article investigates peculiarities of the conception of intellectual property, limitation of use of intellectual property and protection mechanisms; an empirical research on attitude of interested subjects-authors of intellectual property, i.e. artists (painters, designers, specialists of audiovisual art, musicians), towards legal regulations of intellectual property as well as its effectiveness and importance is carried out.
