Summary/Abstract: The Balanced Scorecard is a strategic management tool developed to assess the performance of an organization or process, from various perspectives such as financial, customer satisfaction, internal business processes and learning and growth. The goal of this paper is to analyze the way in which the Balanced Scorecard may be integrated in the Advanced Distributed Learning systems in order to evaluate how their performance meets the expectations.
