Summary/Abstract: The history of conflicts has demonstrated that when a new weapon appears it will be used no matter how monstrous its effects may be and in terms of dialectics a weapon has its counter weapon. Consequently, terrorism‚ „this disease of the 21st century, as Vladimir Putin calls it, will be fought against with another one which is the perfect fit”.
