Summary/Abstract: „The elimination of internal frontiers facilitates considerably the circulation of criminality on the European territory. An international order for inquiry takes more months in order to return from a foreign country, whereas terrorists can cross European territory in 72 hours. Only by bringing into accord our police and judicial proceedings and police co-operation, one can compensate this facility” .
