Total Quality Management is a system of activities in order to satisfy customers, increase the power of employees to ensure high rates of prevention and lower costs. Environmental management is the management of those activities of a company which has or may have an impact on the environment. Management system is health and safety management system that allows an organization to control risks to health and safety and improve managerial performance.
