Summary/Abstract: The proposal is worthy of support from the government in the Council of the EU. The draft position of Polish government on the proposed directive does not raise doubts, and the impact assessment of the proposal contained therein is consistent with the assessment by the Bureau of Research of the Chancellery of the Sejm. The draft position was submitted to the Sejm 30 days after the expiry of the time limit specified by the so-called Cooperation Act.
