Summary/Abstract: The bill will require further legislative work. Proposed Article 3 Paragraph 3 Law on Assembly, which prohibits participation in meetings of persons who cannot be recognized because due to cover of the face or changing its appearance, does not conform with Article 57 in conjunction with Article 31 Paragraph 3 of the Constitution.
