Summary/Abstract: The management of the circulating fund implies the management of assets and liabilities within the scope of circulating fund policy, the main objective being to increase activity profitability when reducing economic and financial risk. The harmonization of the relation between profitability and risk is made within the equilibrium between circulating assets and available resources in order to finance it.
