Summary/Abstract: The judicial search is part of the investigative procedures used in the management of evidence by the judiciary authorities. This activity is performed frequently in legal practice in order to search and seize objects containing or bearing traces from crimes committed, the corpora delicti or documents known or not to judicial bodies that can serve to reveal the truth.
