Summary/Abstract: In such a wide theme it is difficult to choose an adequate subject for the paper. Tolerance and destruction are opposed notions, but tolerance could also be confronted with a whole series of notions with negative meaning, to enable one to determine the direction and the meaning of tolerance. It belongs to human nature to survive by tolerance, but it is also a part of human nature to negate and destroy, especially when faced with opposite and opposed interests. It could be said that tolerance and destruction are the very way of man's existence. Both are known only by man, both came into being with him and exist with him. Just like good and evil. Only man conciously does good and evil. The relation between good and evil, or tolerance and destruction, changes.
