Using personnel audit in improving the flexibility of employment

Summary/Abstract: The first part of the article refers to the matter of improving employment flexibility. In this part both the benefits and costs related to the process are indicated. The further part of the article provides basic information concerning the personnel function audit. The aspect of the personnel audit together with its different areas is particularly emphasized. The last part of the article provides the applications of personnel audit results in creating an employment model and the identification of different occurrences taking place in this area. Special attention was paid to creating stable employment models as well as the so-called satellite ones based on junk contracts.
