Summary/Abstract: Necropolicy is a politics of death and mass killing. Each nations have community of work and community of history. Necropolicy is triumpf of history in one nation. As example, author gives us madness of nazism in Germany and in politics of Hitler. That is politics of death and selfsuicide.
