Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, there is more and more points to the new paradigm of urban development based on the creative economy, which combines economy and culture. The article presents the relationship between creative industries and the economy and their impact on the development of the city and its community. It also presents tools to promote the development of the creative sectors in the cities.
