Application Experiences of Balanced Scorecard in the IT Sector

Summary/Abstract: The main topic of the article is the application of Balanced Scorecard in one of the most dynamic sectors of economy – Information Technology. In the article there is presented the experience gained during the implementation of Balanced Scorecard in Swiss companies of IT sector in the form of two cases. The article also contains conclusions concerning Balanced Scorecard drawn by the implementation teams as well as the description of the software tools that can be used to aid application of Balanced Scorecard.
