Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses the basic parameters of the process of building beneficial relationships in the field of providing international services. It is clarified that the inclusion of relationships in the organization’s business strategy is a key factor in the success of companies in this industry. The importance of maintaining partnerships is identi­fied. A model of character and the range of relationships is built between the exporter and consumer (importer) of services. The results of its empirical testing in Bulgaria are also shown.
