The application of indictor analysis in business processes improvement on the basis of information technology company

Summary/Abstract: This article discusses a lot of important issues concerning improvement of formalized management systems, especially business processes improvement with the application of indicator analysis. It seems that this kind of analysis is the most common research method of data coming from monitoring and measurement processes. Practical aspects of indicator analysis was introduced on the basis of experience of information technology company.
