The view of potential job loss often determines the negative phenomena in the workplace of employment, such as aggressive competition, devaluation of values and moral principles. The atmosphere in the workplace mostly affects individuals returning to work after a long break. The consequence of unfavorable conditions associated with reintegration can lead to the occupational re-exclusion.
