Using the multidimensional discriminant analysis for grouping housing cooperatives

Summary/Abstract: The article presents issues related to managing the property of housing cooperatives. An attempt has been made at discriminating between homogenous groups of the properties of housing cooperatives managed by a municipal property management company ZBK I Ltd., based on variables adopted for the study. The attempt has shown that one of the applied seven multidimensional analysis methods (Lazy IB1) correctly classified the cooperatives included in the study. The results obtained under the study indicate the need to properly prepare a management strategy for each of the classified groups.
