Summary/Abstract: Modern organizational environment has been subject to continuous changes. Due to them organizations have been looking for new methods of management. The text refers to the issues of coaching in terms of procedural and systematic approach and personal flexibility. In the first part of the paper the author brings the qualifications of managers employed in the modern organization. In the second part she defines the concept of systemic coaching.
