Summary/Abstract: A review of role and importance of the magazine "Putokaz" ("Signpost") in the context of social, political and literary events of the time it was published, but also in the context of the presence, and the importance of monograph “Putokaz: list za društvena i književna pitanja: književnohistorijska monografija” / “Signpost: journal on social and literary issues: literary and historical monograph” (published by Public Library “Alija Isaković, Gradačac, 2007), as the first systematic presentation of this magazine to the wider public.
