Summary/Abstract: Life is intertwined with many turning points: starting a family, having children, developing a career and achieving a business success, choosing to progress in a company or to raise the children at home. It can be difficult to know how to establish a balance between the private – family life – and the business – career life. Whatever the course for building our lives, one thing is certain; relationship is required. Regardless of whether those relationships are in a family setting, with or without children, or in a career setting, there is a certain degree of closeness between people that is being realized. The establishment of balance between the family and the career will primarily depend on the selection of priorities and the alignment of goals, regardless of whether they are personal or business goals.
