Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to describe and assess the policy support of innovation in Finland. The study presents entities that create innovation in Finland and form a sphere of innovation in that country. The article presents organizations that actively promote the scientific cooperation with business practice and programs that serve to strengthen this cooperation.
