General considerations and some observations regarding the draft civil procedure code

Summary/Abstract: In view of adopting a new Civil Procedure Code, emphasizing the unquestionable attributes of this work, some observations – questionable themselves – might be useful for the actions taken with a view to its adoption. Nevertheless, they might also be useful in order to compare the legislative intentions with the results achieved.
