Polish parliamentarians’ innovation potential

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the methodology and results research of the innovation potential of members of Polish parliament. Starting from the presentation of the problem and its environment, through identifying the assumptions and methods of research, the author went on to present the results of research conducted on a sample of 78 parliamentarians. In the article the author used his own definition of innovation potential and exploited the original questionnaire consisting of three components of knowledge, skills and personality. The study showed these factors influencing innovation, which members of Polish parliament assess highly and those which rating is low.
