Summary/Abstract: Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is one of the most popular and easily-applied method in service quality surveys. The end product of this method is an easy-to-inter¬pret two-dimensional grid that suggest possible courses of action based upon where a particu¬lar attribute falls. The aim of this paper is applied IPA to measure educational services quality one of the Department on Wroclaw University of Economics.
