The ONU Reform as will and representation

Summary/Abstract: The recent entry of Romania in the Security Council of ONU points out the problem of reforming this organization. Put in second place because of the interest of the Romanian society in Euro Atlantic integration, the ONU reform is analyzed under two aspects: the role of the organization as a leader in administrating the globalization and the evolution of the rapports between the unilateral and multilateral in global administration.
