Summary/Abstract: Individual systems of values are important factors shaping attitudes and behavior of human beings. The major part of people’s lives is professional work. The character and diversity of labor within recognized values often impact human choices in their professional and private life. In our own research, we have tried to discover similarities and differences of individual systems of values. We chose, as our research sample, employees with higher education, who work in management and executive positions in organizations in Lower Silesia.
