Insufficient analysis of errors as the knowledge sharing barrier in a construction enterprise

Summary/Abstract: Knowledge sharing within an enterprise is one of key ways to maintain a competitive advantage. However, there are factors termed as barriers that make it difficult to carry out the process. One of the barriers is an insufficient analysis of errors from the past. The author’s objective is to address the problem of errors occurring within a construction enterprise, determination of their effects and the identification of the phenomenon of their insufficient analysis. The research is of a case study type.
