Summary/Abstract: The 00’s are a context of deep transformation both for professional institutions and for the labour market. Since the late 70’s and the oil shock, short labour employment had become a norm for all the new incomers in the labour market without degree distinction. To face this situation, the State tries, with several public policies, to control an uncertain economical context. At the same time, since the 90’s and the early 00’s, web-based services and the social network sites have participated, on the first hand, to the labour market restructuration and, on the other hand, to the mediation of professional relationship. As the young incomers are connected to the social network sites, what do the traditional actors of the labour market become and what is the part for these online services? Finally, what do the link (stronger than before) between public and private spheres, and so the link between the candidate and the hopeful recruiter, generate in the social and juridical point?
