Summary/Abstract: We try to provide as themes of meditation for our Conference a few conceptual exaggerations often fetichisées, which could be misleading in the undemocratic countries, where are lacking of the respect of human rights, and the humanistic policy isn’t clear. My conference is an invitation to a moderate usefulness of some juridical concepts in a sense of organically, contextual and humanist understanding, proposing the principle of quasi- synchronicity between juridical offence of the law and judicial reaction, eliminating the political immunity during the mandate.
