Summary/Abstract: Family social work represents a distinct domain of social work. The research presented in this paper contains the vision of management specialists (office managers) that activate in the social work domain in Caras-Severin County (Romania) regarding family social work analysed from the point of view of six interest themes: A) The defining of concepts, B) Relevance, C) Effectiveness, D), Efficiency E) Impact and F) Sustainability.
