Selected dilemmas concerning learning and knowledge from narrative perspective

Summary/Abstract: Basic idea behind the paper is to present area of knowledge and learning from narrative perspective. From knowledge based view five specific dichotomies of knowledge and learning are proposed and discussed. The research is based on narrative approach, specially from historical point of view, with a preliminary analysis of managing director written reports from the knowledge management perspective. Final results and recommendations for practitioners are proposed.
