Summary/Abstract: This article presents a theoretical discussion of electronic health (e-health, m-health) and interaction that creates a relationship patient − doctor based on the process of knowledge sharing and mutual learning. In conclusion, improved model of relations between e-health technologies and the involvement of the patient in e-health policy and the flow of knowledge is proposed. The authors focus on the micro-scale activities undertaken in the area of health care, indicating the possibility of development of this phenomenon in the process of improving service and reducing the cost of operating an individual patient. However, the awareness of the significance of the changes will depend on the degree of implementation of new technologies and knowledge as to its importance and application in the environment of medical professionals and patients-beneficiaries of the system.
