Summary/Abstract: Are examined Italian new lexical formations that may be considered as well prefixed or compound forms. The grammaticalization approach, which supposes a gradual passage from lexical to grammatical forms gives a theoretical backgroung to the analysis of those new lexical items and proves their gradual fixation within a corpus of modern language.
