Summary/Abstract: This paper considers the influence of Ibn Sinaa on the development of ontology within the framework of metaphysical tradition in Persia. Unlike the 'Latin Avicennism' and 'Avicenna-ised augustinism' in the West, in Persia one can speak about 'Iranian Avicennists; who deepened the philosophical teaching of Ibn Sinaa. Unlike the scholastic philosophers who dealt with the peripatetic aspect of Ibn Sinaa's philosophy, they focused on his philosophy immersed in the mystic concepts presented in his visionary narratives. The multilayered message of his philosophical teaching was particularly prominent in the study of essence and existence and the work that allowed Shihabuddin Yahya Suhrawardi, Mir Dama, Mulla Sadr Shirazi and others to find the basis for their own studies of the being, and the primacy of essence over existence, and the primacy of existence over essence.
