Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the concept of ‘creative individuality of the translator’ of a literary text and focuses on the specification of their talent for interpretation of the original literary text and its author, as well as their individual set of means of expression in the translated text – a prerequisite for the variability of solutions in the process of translation.
