Summary/Abstract: Towns and cities play an important role in social and economic life. They can be the driving force for innovation and economic growth. However, uncontrolled and unsustainable urbanization degrade the urban areas by reducing their competitiveness and attractiveness. The article concerns the possibility of regeneration and urban development through activities in the area of logistics (logistics-driven regeneration). It focuses on the towns’ regeneration by location of the logistics properties. The subject of analysis is to identify factors influencing the choice of location for the logistics properties and to present the impact of their location on the regeneration and development of the town, where it is located. The subject is illustrated by an example of Błonie town.
