Summary/Abstract: The paper concerns the problem of estimating population parameters for repeated rotating surveys. Coefficients required for theoretical BLUE estimator for rotating surveys are for actual real surveys usually not known. There are no theoretical papers relating to this problem. It is therefore necessary to conduct suitable simulation studies. Broad simulation analyses conducted in the paper are carried out on the basis of two populations: generated from a multivariate normal distribution and based on real data derived from agricultural censuses.
