Summary/Abstract: The contents of the article deal with cumulative product made by a city, C-product, which is the sum of eight partial products, deciding for its value and competitiveness, C-competitiveness. The author separated the products which are produced in a city as follows: economic, social, touristic, ecological, spatial, logistic, housing and institutional. The article contains also factors which decide for the quality and competitiveness of each product of a city and show the importance they have for the development of the city.
