Summary/Abstract: Mobile learning is a new trend in learning environment. M-Learning or Mobile E-Learning how is named in some papers allows the access of users to the information through Internet using mobile devices like phones, smartphones, PDAs, laptops, tablets. In this way they became mobile pupils or mobile students. Mobile devices present special means of interaction with the user which are not similarly with the interact means of classic computer applications or web applications, therefore special attention should be given to this issue. Under current conditions, computerization of the university operations has become absolutely necessary for operation with maximum efficiency. Mobile technologies have attracted a lot of attention, which offer a possible solution for the implementation of technology in education environment. School computerization is a real need today, driven by natural penetration of information technology in all areas of economic life, the needs to align education to economic and social requirements. A prototype application for teachers, easy to use, with an intuitive interface and purposeful benefit teacher evaluator is presented with screenshots and guide to use. Interface design must take into account a number of factors associated with human interaction: accessibility, ease of use, level of skill, capturing and reporting errors. In interface design must consider the type of user that will run on computer system created. The means of users’ interaction for mobile learning applications are presented and interfaces of prototype developed for a mobile learning application. The specific characteristics in using mobile devices are figured with the growth of mobile devices usage.
