Summary/Abstract: The Eastern Partnership’s member states have become essential factors for the European continent’s security especially after 2007. Following this logic, after the Union for Barcelona, the Georgian war and the countless gas crises, Poland proposed a program that will encompass only Eastern European states. Although it is a dedicated program, the experts still tend to debate around the effectiveness of the Eastern Partnership since the region it encompasses presents itself with large differences among its members. The present article aim to analysis this aspect using the evaluation driven, change model that was proposed by Chen.
