Summary/Abstract: “I am trying to show the types of authorization Kertész’s texts appeal to, long for and reject…” The starting point of the study is the extreme character of the Hungarian Kertész-reception in that the art of the Nobel-prize writer has become problematic from the angle of the post-modern theories of the author. Anna Gács focuses on the concept of the writer’s authority in Kertész’s oeuvre.
