Summary/Abstract: According tradition of the Christian anthropology human nature is unity of the human body and soul. Humans are sexually different, however according Christian tradition are two dimensions of sexuality – expression of love and procreation of new life – are undividable. Modern hedonistic tradition is based on searching of personal satisfaction and dividing this unity of human nature and sexuality. Intimacy of human life – sexual relations – is open, transformed to the business item, moreover, launching to the market is based on new business technologies attempting to involve young people in order assure business stability. Young, horny and loving adolescents are as „easy catch” for promotion of „safe sex” and contraception. In this article are reviewed most common reactions and medical side effects registered to the young people as users of the modern contraception, are explored highly expressed side effects of the post-coital contraception and relation between use of contraception and formation of the cervical cancer. Recent knowledge of raising rate of sexually transmitted diseases in group of young contraception users is revealed. In conclusion, the free and informed choice is common right in the knowledge society, more over, neither religious nor medical arguments, but ecological arguments stands for choice of safe and responsibility-teaching natural family planning. Aim of the article: To review relationship between use of the artificial contraception in young people and medical, psychological side effects and risk for the health. Method: Review of the medical literature and medical databases.
