Regional influence of international enterprise on social and economic development of states in the conditions of globalization

Summary/Abstract: Globalization and internationalization create chances of development of enterprises. These chances can be used by states. There can be the following positive results: the expansion of markets, the improvement of competitive position of a state, the increase of revenues to the state budget and the improvement of trade balance. The functioning of international enterprise bears also negative results: lack of creation of new work places as a result of transferring of activity, loss of state control over the activity of internationalized enterprises, upset the balance of payment, the increase of import of commodity.
