Summary/Abstract: The enforcement authorities are entitled to determine all the expenses involved in the execution of the enforcement procedure. Although oftenly, this practice encounters problems related to the determination of execution expenses. Other times, the courts are required to verify the method of the enforcement agent who established the enforcement expenses, having the possibility to censor his/her faculty.
