Summary/Abstract: The main objective of the article is to present the methodical aspect of research on the role of cultural distance in the process of companies internationalization. There will be discussed the applicability of research results on international cultures models (G. Hofstede, S. Schwartz, GLOBE) for the measurement of culture distance impact on companies’ internationalization.
